Projects we have worked on include:

HRM Policies:
Developing personnel management policies in the contracts, pay, benefits and performance appraisal areas for software/IT companies – UK, US, Japanese and German ownership – in the UK and across other EU countries.

HR Advice:
Acting as external adviser on human resources issues to the CEOs of a number of medium-sized companies across a number of sectors where the owners/senior people needed to have a “non-executive” view and advice on HR and other organisational matters.

Communications Policies:
Helping clients to develop effective communications policies that encouraged feedback and commitment from staff at all levels and used various means of communication – face-to-face, written materials and electronic processes.
