Change management is a phrase that we all use lightly and it is not easy to describe.
There is no one easy answer and no one approach. Change issues cover the complex relationships of people, organisation and technology and we all encounter difficulties as well as successes in trying to deal with them.
What we have tried to give here is a reasonable picture of the kinds of things we do, the projects that we get involved with and some of our clients. We have also set out some of the principles that we seek to put into action.
