Projects we have worked on include:
 

Pharmaceuticals:
Developing the OD change skills of a Human Resources group in an organisation Involved with a major take-over/merger to enable them to support line managers through times of major and traumatic change. This project took place at the time when the merger was taking place and the HR people needed to plan and take on significant merger projects whilst also considering the effect of the merger on their own roles and futures.
Life Assurance:
Helping the HR director/senior managers of a financial services business to plan the people and related aspects of the organisation's integration plans so that they would be prepared when the business announced proposed mergers.
Financial Services:
Working with the board and senior managers of a major personal finance business after its acquisition by a major bank and then its own acquisition of three other organisations to develop/widen its product range in financial lending. Helping the Board think through its strategy and how it wanted to develop its business when its financial strength changed dramatically. In particular - facilitating work on how and when to integrate new businesses and their management whilst maintaining aggressive growth plans for each of them; helping with decisions on the abilities and roles of directors and senior managers.
